Kayla Karlson

Owner/ GM Director

I am Kayla, the owner and operator of Little Feathers Learning Center. I am a proud mom to 4 children. I have obtained my Child Development Associate and I am actively pursuing my bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education of Science. My passion lies in being part of young children’s most influential, rapid developmental periods of their lives.

My goal is to provide quality care and life-long learning experiences that can change our community, and give our future generations a big voice and strong foundation in their childhood years, well into their adult lives.

Tiffany Hicks

Director

I'm Tiffany, an ECE professional with 6 years of experience, has a deep passion for working with children. Growing up between Nevada and California, I was inspired by my mother's career in the industry and spent much time volunteering in schools and centers. Graduating high school in California in 2016, I earned my Preschool CDA in 2019 and will continue to pursue furthering my education. Currently residing with my boyfriend and our pet cat, Stitch. I enjoy hiking, painting, reading, and traveling. I aim to attain my Infant-Toddler CDA and advance in the ECE administration field, while being driven by my love for children and desire to provide them with love, support, and a safe environment to thrive in. I expresses gratitude to families for entrusting their children my care.
